We built PulseQA because
we needed it ourselves.
We're a SaaS team. We ran a customer support operation, managed churn, coached agents, and tried to keep executives informed — all while the data lived across spreadsheets, Intercom exports, and weekly meetings that were already outdated by the time they happened.
We knew every conversation held signals. Frustration building over weeks. The same product bug hitting account after account. An agent who needed coaching on empathy, not product knowledge. But finding those signals manually was impossible at scale.
