Everything you need to set up PulseQA, connect your Intercom workspace, and start getting AI-powered quality insights.

Quick Start

Install PulseQA

Click Install from the Intercom App Store or go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect with Intercom.

Sync Agents

In Settings → Integrations, click Sync next to Agents to pull your team roster.

Map Your Data Fields

Click Refresh Fields in the Data Field Mappings section to scan your Intercom custom attributes. Map plan name, subscription status, and MRR fields.

Analyze Conversations

Go to Conversations and paste an Intercom URL, or set up Auto QA in Settings for automatic analysis.

Explore Insights

Visit Dashboard for QA trends, Revenue Risk for churn intelligence, Companies for account profiles, and Coaching for agent performance.

How It Works

PulseQA connects to your Intercom workspace via OAuth. Once connected, it fetches conversation data and processes each conversation through our AI engine, which extracts:

  • Quality scores across multiple categories
  • Sentiment analysis with emotional trajectory tracking
  • Churn risk signals including cancellation intent and frustration patterns
  • Root cause analysis identifying the core issue behind each conversation

Data is aggregated at the company level for risk scores and at the agent level for coaching.

Data & Privacy

OAuth 2.0 for secure authorization. We never store your Intercom password.
Conversation data processed for analysis and stored securely. Only your team can access.
Uninstall at any time from Intercom — revokes all access immediately.
AI analysis uses enterprise-grade LLMs. No data used for model training.

FAQ

What Intercom data does PulseQA access?
Conversation data (messages, participants, metadata) and admin/team information. We don't modify or delete data.
How is the risk score calculated?
Recency-weighted algorithm: 70% recent conversations, 30% historical patterns. Factors include sentiment, resolution, churn signals.
My Intercom doesn't use Stripe fields?
PulseQA's field mappings are fully configurable. Click 'Refresh Fields' in Settings to detect your attributes.
What happens if I uninstall?
OAuth access revoked immediately. Analysis data remains until you delete your account.
