2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.

Intercom Data: When you connect your Intercom workspace, we access conversation messages, contact details (name, email, company, custom attributes), and team member information. This data is used solely to provide quality analysis and risk intelligence.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited and features used.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion or Intercom disconnection, we will delete your conversation analysis data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics.

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data; (e) revoke Intercom access at any time by uninstalling PulseQA from your Intercom workspace. To exercise these rights, contact team@pulseqa.io.
