1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PulseQA ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. PulseQA is operated by SellerChamp Inc. ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
PulseQA is an AI-powered quality assurance and revenue risk intelligence platform that integrates with Intercom. The Service analyzes customer support conversations to provide quality scores, churn risk assessments, and coaching insights.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (e) use the Service to transmit harmful code or content; (f) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
5. Intercom Integration
PulseQA accesses your Intercom workspace data via OAuth 2.0 authorization. By connecting your Intercom account, you authorize PulseQA to read conversation data, contact information, and team member details as required by the Service. You may revoke this access at any time by uninstalling PulseQA from your Intercom workspace.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. PulseQA does not claim ownership of any content or data you provide through the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described.
7. AI Analysis
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze conversations and generate insights. AI-generated content (risk scores, coaching notes, executive briefs) is provided as advisory information and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseQA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
